Returns & Refunds at Purely Little

Our "Happy Baby" Guarantee:
At Purely Little, we want you and your little one to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help make it better.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Hygiene & Safety (Our Promise to You)
Because we prioritize the health and safety of your little ones, we cannot accept returns on certain items once the seal or packaging is broken. This includes:
 * Pacifiers and Teethers
 * Feeding accessories
 * Personal care items (creams, oils, etc.)
 * Opened diapers or wipes
 * If these items arrive with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at info@purely-little.ae .
 * Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you've changed your mind, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
 * Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will cover all shipping costs to get a replacement to you!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7–14 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
